klpac's official Ticketing Agent is Axcess Tickets Sdn Bhd. All ticketed-performances and events at klpac can be purchased via klpac's box office, selected Axcess outlets as well as online. Tickets cannot be reserved / booked in advance.
Our major performance spaces (Pentas 1, Pentas 2 and Indicine) are wheelchair friendly. Pentas 1 features a fixed seating – click here for seating layout whereas Pentas 2 and IndiCine has modular seating.
If you require special arrangements, do highlight it to our box office personnel when you purchase your tickets.

CALL / WALK IN
You may walk in to our box office at Sentul Park or call to purchase using your credit card over the phone. Tickets purchased over the phone must be collected at klpac box office by the credit cardholder 45 minutes prior to the show time.
