TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - TICKETS
By purchasing this ticket(s) you (“the Purchaser”) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.

| GENERAL |
| 1. |
This ticket sold by The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (‘klpac’) on its own behalf or as an agent of a third-party promoter (‘Promoter’) producing the event for which this ticket is sold (as the case may be). Tickets are non transferable or refundable. |
| 2. |
To the extent permitted by law klpac the promoter, their agents and employees accept no liability whatsoever for any death, personal injury, loss, inconvenience or damage howsoever caused within klpac nor are they liable for any cancellation, postponement or interruption of any performance. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the performance whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual performance including any death, personal injury, loss or damage. |

klpac and the Promoter reserves the right to make any change(s) without notice to the performance seating capacity and performance times including but not limited to cancellation postponement or other interruption. |
| 4. |
No smoking is allowed unless otherwise specified. |
| 5. |
Mobile phones, pagers and other electronic devices must be switched off before you enter a performance venue. |
| 6. |
Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in all indoor venues. Outdoor venues may be subject to regulations determined by klpac from time to time or the Promoter. |
| 7. |
7. No recording devices (including photography, audio or video recording) are permitted unless otherwise stated. |
| 8. |
For tickets purchased online, you are advised to collect your tickets from the klpac box office at Sentul Park 45 minutes before the performance. Please bring along your identity card, printout of your purchase confirmation which will have the order number and your credit card used to purchase the ticket for the collection of tickets. For purchase of concession-priced tickets, proof of identity must be presented at the box office during ticket collection (e.g. student card). |

The online ticket purchase facility will be halted 24 hours before the show time.

| ADMISSION & REFUNDS |
| 1. |
klpac reserves the right without refund to deny admission to any person. |
| 2. |
Entry will be refused without a ticket or if the ticket has not been purchased from klpac or an authorised point of sale. |
| 3. |
Infants and children without tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated. |
| 4. |
Tickets for a performance (including reprinted tickets) may not be exchanged for any other performance. |
| 5. |
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break occurs in the performance.

| LOST TICKETS |
| 1. |
Lost tickets may be reprinted for a charge of RM10 per ticket upon proof of identity or purchase. |
| 2. |
Reprinted tickets are available for collection only on the day of performance. |
